Xamplify™ was founded on December 10th, 1999 to provide Internet users with a compelling solution to their frustrations with one-size-fits-all tools and content. Our patent-pending technology combines user-controlled psychological profiling methods and privacy software with the latest in Internet technologies to give users the Web that they want.
We began with $1.8 million in angel financing. Our investors/advisors include Robert Burnett (founding VP of Engineering at Cisco) and Elwyn Berlekamp (former chair of the Berkeley Computer Science division). Other advisors include Vanderbilt University's Prof. Niels Waller (one of the leading psychometricians in the country), and Prof. David Donoho (Stanford statistics professor and MacArthur "genius" fellow).
