Robert Mark, Chief Executive Officer, was formerly Senior Executive Vice President at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC), where he had global responsibility for all credit, market and operating risks. In 1998, he was named Financial Risk Manager of the Year by the Global Association of Risk Professionals. Prior to joining CIBC, he was Partner in Charge of the Financial Risk Management Consulting practice at Coopers & Lybrand.
Robert Oliver, Senior Executive Vice President, recently retired as Chairman of the Board of Fair Isaac Companies. He is Emeritus Professor of Engineering Sciences, University of California, Berkeley. He became Chairman of the Department of Industrial Engineering in 1964 and Director of the Operations Research Center in 1972. Robert Oliver has held numerous appointments as technical advisor and consultant to corporations and the U.S. government. He is the author of over 100 papers and journal articles in prediction and decision-making models of operations research as well as prediction and design of acquisition and management strategies for credit risk in financial portfolios. His published books include:Decision Making and Forecasting: Model Building and Policy Analysis. He also served as a Board Member and/or Officer of numerous professional organizations. Dr. Oliver holds a B.S. in Physics and a Ph.D. in Operations Research from M.I.T.
Adam Borison, Executive Vice President, formerly a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers and leader of PwC’s Applied Decision Analysis (ADA) group. He has more than twenty years of experience advising executives on marketing and investment issues using management science, finance theory and related techniques. He is an expert in decision analysis and real options, and in their application to valuation, strategy and operations.
