G.H. Tomlin
Tomlin, first name not known, seemed to be an administrative law judge at the Unemployment Appeals Board in Oakland. He was the judge for my appeal and from his 'judgement' it appeared to me that he didn't have time to go through any of the arguments and facts presented and even decided to ignore my witness' testimony to come to an employer-favoring decision, against all common sense. He was quite deferential to Nancy Friedberg, Xamplify's representative, though. I got the feeling that the company and Adminstrative Law Judge GH Tomlin were on friendly terms. It is sad to see 'judges' like Judge G. H. Tomlin and is telling of the justice system in the USA. I doubt that Tomlin is an exception.
