My Professional Background

I was born in India. I studied electrical engineering at IIT. Recently, IIT was covered on CBS's 60 minutes. (Check out my personal website for my take on this.)

I came to Berkeley hoping to be dicrimination-free. Unfortunately the experience at Xamplify, a company with many self-proclaimed "progressives" as its leaders like Bob Burnett, a co-founder of Cisco Systems and investors like Douglas Goldman, didn't turn out that way.

Discrimination

Racial and national origin discrimination and harassment was so prevalent at Xamplify Inc that I have decided to create a separate website on that aspect of Xamplify that will be coming up later in 2004. That will cover the latest developments too. A brief narration of how I was discriminated can be found at Discrimination page. Meeting is detailed account of a meeting Jeffrey Klein and Sumer Johal had with me me to harass me. In my view, one of the motivations behind that meeting for Jeffrey Klein was taking revenge for the sad '911' event that had taken place only a few days earlier.

Thomas Emerson and ,Julian Brookes were two of my colleagues (actually bosses) who were prime examples of incompetent, lazy bums just enjoying the fruits of white privilege.
