Background
After a few months on job as their sole "contractor without a written contract and minimum wages" regular employee, I was offered to be made a regular employee, just like others. While Johal again misled me during salary talks, he seemed agreeable to the idea that to make the low wages ($65K per annum without any pension etc) palatable, I would be taking two courses at UC Berkeley and would be devoting fewer hours at work. I wanted the company to pay for my tuition ($2500/year) on top of my salary but Sumer Johal decided to pay for my tuition but deduct $2500 from my salary. A few weeks later I got this email from Sumer Johal:

Sumer
My Comments on the Email
Jeffrey Klein, after 911 event, had already decided on a certain course of action. A meeting was held soon with Jeffrey Klein, Sumer Johal, and me present when Jeffrey Klein and Sumer Johal revealed their concerns with several of my behavior patterns.
