Nancy Friedberg
Nancy Friedberg, Adminstrative officer, Xamplify Inc
Nancy Friedberg and Administrative Law Judge G. H. Tomlin made a good pair and Tomlin was deferential to her, and found her to be a credible witness, as I think, he finds all powerful employers' representatives. Whenever, I showed an important document, it seems like Ms. Friedberg had already shown that to him and he seemed to wonder what was the big deal about that. I thought it was good acting. But not that good. Ms. Friedberg and Tomlin seemed to be in bed figuratively.
Nancy Friedberg seemed to have joined Xamplify after I left the company and therefore, I saw her for the first and last time in the Unemployment Appeals Board meeting. I thought she was the perfect fit for the company. Seemed to be quite obnoxious and manipulative.
I found an interesting thing on the net. It seems like there is a group Sikh Coalition that was asking people to sign an online petition asking a video game maker to stop producing a game that depicted Sikhs in a poor, hateful manner. This is all fine and 21350 did sign this petition. No problem thus far, but I was somewhat puzzled by the #94 signature on that on the very first day. Nancy Friedberg of Oakland, California on Sikh Coalition's Petition. Is this the same Nancy Friedberg of Xamplify, Berkeley? (Earlier, I have written extensively about Mr. Sumer 'Khalistan' Johal and Sumer's follower Sanjay Dayal at Xamplify.
