Initially the unemployment claim was denied based on the fact was I left the company "voluntarily." Subpoena has been issued for Jeffrey Klein, former CEO of Xamplify and a public figure (former editor in chief of Mother Jones magazine) to appear to explain why I was chosen to be a subcontractor worker while others were regular employees.

The venue is 1505 Clay Street - Suite 902 in Oakland, California. It is about 5 minutes walk from either the 12th Street or the 19th Street BART stations. All the invited to come.
