Judge G. H. Tomlin impressed with Jeffrey Klein's Credibility

Judge G. H. Tomlin, in a decision issued about four weeks after the hearing at the Unemployment Appeals Board in Oakland found that "the employer's witnesses credibly testified that the claimant was not a victim of either racial or national origin discrimination" and ruled in favor of Xamplify Inc. He also mentioned "their lack of motive for fabricating their observations and conclusions." He found that the "claimant voluntarily resigned without good cause..."(bold mine)

Links to graphic copies of his decision are provided below. Since it is a very minor decision, there is no point storing these images for longer than needed, and therefore will be removed when the next news is posted. Please printout these if interested before it is too late.

I am more interested in what visitors like you and later possibly jury will think of Jeffrey Klein and other officers of Xamplify and their "credibilities." Contact information is provided for in case you decide to complain to the proper authorities. Enjoy!
