Law
Legally speaking, it is a straight forward case of business fraud and racial (and national origin) discrimination. However, the courts in the USA are funny and, unless the media gets hold of the story and millions are watching, the verdicts go in favor of the rich and powerful. Especially when there is no jury. US justice system, like justice systems in the rest of the world, exists to protect the powerful. And, the backers of Xamplify, Inc are powerful and moneyed. A lazy, incompetent, and corrupt judge (and there is high probability of finding one) will ignore the facts, documents, witness testimonies and decide in favor of the company.
