Re: Software Developer Position for Summer 1999 with C-Tribe 

Dear Fawaz: 

I am pleased to offer you a summer position in the capacity of Software Developer with C-Tribe, Inc with a monthly salary of US$4500 to be paid on a bi-weekly basis. The project duration will be approximately ten (10) weeks. Your starting date will be Monday, June 28th, 1999.

You will be reporting directly to Mr. Sumer S. Johal, VP of Engineering, C-Tribe, Inc. This summer project will have several interim project milestones and deliverables. You will be given a brief project plan with this letter.
