Directors: Berlekamp, Rudd, Oliver, Burnett, Mark ...

Xamplify used to mention only Bob Burnett as the vice-chairman of its board. There is no mention of its chairman (am assuming it to be a caucasian male)or other members at that time. It used to concentrate on mentioning its advisors who were plentiful. After the middle of 2002, it has stopped mentioning its advisors and now its director list seems to be growing. Currently it lists 5 directors. I do hope it has more than 5 employees. On first glance, all directors seem to be close associates and friends overseeing their management friends which will assure harmonious functioning of the company. A friendly group of people indeed. (More on their relationships later.)
