Barra's stock price continues to underperform the markets significantly. CEO and COO of Barra left the company recently but Andrew Rudd, the chairman of thus risk management firm and also of the notorious Xamplify Inc, the firm that promised that it could detect money laundering by using psychological profiling, is still there. Good luck investors and employees of Barra!

Barra's founders include Andrew Rudd and Barr Rosenberg. It seems well connected to UC Berkeley's mathematics department and the business school. And the MSRI. We will be investigating Barra in-depth in not-so-distant future.
