The company claimed that "Our evolutionary approach to value-driven segmentation adds a completely new dimension to your customer intelligence, across which you can measure, segment, predict and target with an unprecedented degree of accuracy." It was referring to it psychological trait measurement and extrapolation algorithms.

it claimed that its short list of simple questions could measure important psychological traits and through its sophisticated algorithms could extrapolate these traits for the entire customer base of millions taken individually, based on survey result based on about 1000 responses.

Xamplify also claimed that "Working with an integrated, comprehensive, and highly predictive view of your customers significantly improves your ability to cross-sell to them." It emplied that psychometrics when added to traditional transactional and demographics information, significantly improves the ability to cross-sell.
