This site (www.xamplifysucks.com), an offering of Berkeley-based Xamplify Watch, is about Xamplify, Inc, a company located in Berkeley, California, and probably still operating. This site is not affiliated with that company and is operated by me to provide commentary, criticism, opinions, and parody on Xamplify's past operations.

This site is fact-based. My observations are spread throughout this site, and my opinions, sometimes honest, and sometimes humorous, satirical, and parodical are presented too. Care is taken to present facts and observations correctly and in case mistakes have been made, if I get notified of them in writing by mail, I will go over them, and take suitable actions.
